The original caseback design was cool. What did it say again? Something like, "For People Everywhere... " It matched with "Citizen," I thought. Like a definition of that word.

Thanks for showing some appreciation of that early generation "The Citizen"  That was my favorite style of "The Citizen" lineups that I've seen.  Like you, I really appreciate the simple unpretentious look.  It's a watch stripped down to it's bare essentials.  No extra words or other "hey, look at me" styling cues.  Just a high quality watch that would only be appreciated by the most sophisticated of collectors.</description>
