It's only the third one I've seen (the other two each both sold for $500 - more than two years ago) so I thought it would get more action. A friend has told me that he's seen a 5500 with complete bezel sell for the equivalent of $2700 US on Yahoo Japan. Incidentally, the buyer is the same Asian collector who recently acquired the rare WW-5100C-9 for $1075 off ebay. The MW-301 moonphase is a favorite of mine. It's an unusual watch, especially for Casio, and I rather wanted to buy that one because of the gold dial. The white dial MD-703 is a new one on me - I didn't see that auction - thanks for posting it. On the other hand...now there's another one I need to get... I missed a couple of yours too. One thing I've learned is that no matter how hard I search, there are always watches that slip through. I missed that Astron reissue and the Toyama Lord Matic sounds very interesting. I've now seen two Giugiaro's for sale this year. Both were the 001 models. I’ve now seen two Giugiaro’s for sale this year. Both were the 001 models. I’ve never seen the white dialed 003 for sale ever. Next time I see one, I’ll let you know and then you can write a reivew of it for GMT+9! :-)
